Appeals Board
The Harrison Appeals Board is responsible for hearing and deciding appeals related to decisions made by the Code Enforcement Officer, Planning Board, or other municipal officials. The Board ensures that all town ordinances are applied fairly and that residents have an impartial forum to seek review of permitting and land use decisions.
Through this process, the Appeals Board helps maintain transparency, fairness, and consistency in the Town’s regulatory practices.
