Infrastructure
Carsley Brook Stream Crossings
Box culvert similar to work to be done. Bid awarded to Baldwin and Sons, total cost of the project is $ 881,740, with $500,000 in grant funding the Town will be requesting $381,740 to match those funds.
Sand/Salt Shed Planning
Planning phase for the replacement of the deteriorated sand/salt shed. Will be going to bed for pre-fabricated structures. Due to the timing of the process, this project may be scheduled for construction year 2027
Cellular Coverage
Executive Assistant Kathryne Wilcox has been helping search for information from other communities and track down contacts with various vendors. On March 13th there will be a meeting with a vendor to discuss options for Harrison for boosting coverage.

Capital Plan
A 5-year spending plan has been drafted to plan for large expenses, like the replacement of vehicles, infrastructure and road paving. Consideration is going to be given to available funding and cash flow over the next 5 years and what projects would need to be deferred. Also, identifying projects by year can help us have them planned when grant funding becomes available.
Budget Process
- A Town Manager draft budget has been reviewed by the budget committee, and they will be making final recommendations for the Selectboard in coming weeks.
