Board of Assessors
The Harrison Board of Assessors, comprised of the Select Board members, is responsible for determining the fair and equitable valuation of all real and personal property within the Town of Harrison. Acting under Maine law, the Board ensures that property assessments are accurate and that the tax burden is distributed fairly among residents.
Their work provides the foundation for the Town’s property tax system, which supports essential municipal services and community programs.
