As the official Record Keeper for the Town, the Clerk’s Office provides a wide range of essential services to residents, businesses, and visitors. We are responsible for issuing, recording, and preserving official documents such as Town Ordinances, Board Minutes, and Vital Records (Birth, Marriage, and Death). The Clerk’s Office also manages all aspects of local elections and voter registration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date voter records. In addition, we issue state and local licenses and permits—including business and vendor permits, dog licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, and live entertainment permits. We also process motor vehicle registrations and handle Boat, ATV, and Snowmobile registrations through Inland Fisheries & Wildlife. Quick Links & Services:
