The Harrison Code Enforcement Department is located in the Town Office and is the place to apply for building permits, plumbing permits, planning board permits and to seek variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals.

James Fahey serves as the Code Enforcement Officer also serves as the Town’s plumbing inspector, and shoreland zoning administrator

Michael Vane serves as the Assistant Code Enforcement Officer also serves as the Town’s plumbing inspector, and shoreland zoning administrator.

John Wentworth is semi-retired but still serves as the Town's tax assessor agent.
