Marriage Licenses
Marriage Licenses
Congratulations on your upcoming marriage!
To obtain a marriage license from the Harrison Town Clerk’s Office, both individuals must first complete the Maine Intention of Marriage Application (see forms below). The application must be filled out completely, except for the signatures.
Do not sign the form in advance. Both individuals must sign the form in the presence of a Clerk.
Processing a marriage license can take up to one hour, and we ask all couples to plan accordingly.
Marriage Licenses are issued Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Or by appointment.
