Clerk's Office

The Town Clerk’s Office performs a wide variety of department functions and citizen services. 

The Office of the Town Clerk is the official Record Keeper for the Town of Harrison.  We issue, record, ensure the safekeeping and preservation of Town Ordinances, Board Minutes, Vital Records, (Birth, Marriage & Death), Marriage Licenses and other Official Documents.  

We are responsible for coordinating and conducting all elections, voter registration, maintaining current and accurate voter records. 

The Clerk’s Office issues various state and local licenses and permits which include business/vending permits, live entertainment, hunting, fishing, and dog licenses.  In addition, we also process all Bureau of Motor Vehicle registrations as well as Boat, ATV and Snowmobile Registrations for Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
