The Emergency Management System in Maine begins with the State of Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA). From this each County in Maine has its own County EMA office. For Harrison, the County arm of MEMA is the Cumberland County Emergency Management Agency (CCEMA) located at 22 High St., in Windham. A link is provided to MEMA and to CCEMA for your use. Both sites have a great deal of information that will be helpful to you.
