New Opportunity to Serve Harrison — Public Safety Committee

The Town of Harrison is seeking residents interested in serving on the newly established Public Safety Committee!

This committee will provide an opportunity for residents to take an active role in supporting public safety planning in our community. The committee will consist of five voting members, serving one-year ad-hoc terms, along with non-voting representatives from Fire/EMS, the Emergency Management Agency, and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. Meetings are anticipated to be held monthly.

Interested in serving?

Residents can complete a Resident Request for Appointment to Volunteer Board or Committee Form, available on the Town Website or in person at the Town Office.

Completed forms may be submitted to the Town Office or emailed to Kathryne Wilcox at kwilcox@harrisonmaine.org.

We encourage residents who are interested in public safety, community planning, and getting involved in Harrison to consider applying.
