Citizen of the Year Award – Committee Applications Now Open

Do you know someone who goes above and beyond for Harrison?

Someone whose dedication, volunteerism, or leadership has made a meaningful difference in our town?

Would you like to help recognize that kind of service?

The Town of Harrison is now accepting applications for the Citizen of the Year Award Committee. This committee will play a key role in reviewing nominations and selecting individuals or community groups whose contributions have positively impacted Harrison and its residents.

The Select Board will appoint a five-member committee to serve a one-year term. While the committee will begin its work early in the year, the Citizen of the Year Award will be presented at the Annual Town Meeting in June.

📅 Applications are being accepted now through January 16 and can be found on the Town Website or obtained from the Clerk's Office.

Community members interested in serving are encouraged to apply and help shape this new tradition of recognition and appreciation in The Friendly Village.
